These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Member") and True Match X (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Depending on your location, True Match X may operate through affiliated entities. For purposes of these Terms, all references to True Match X refer collectively to the operating entity responsible for providing the Services in your jurisdiction.

By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Platforms"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORMS OR SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE PLATFORMS AND SERVICES.

You acknowledge that by agreeing to these Terms, you may be waiving certain legal rights, including the right to participate in class actions or jury trials, where permitted by law.

Eligibility

Our Services are intended only for adults. By using the Platforms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority and legal consent where you reside; you are legally permitted to access the Platforms in your jurisdiction; you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement; you will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You may not use the Platforms if you have been convicted of, charged with, or are required to register for offenses of a sexual or violent nature; or if you have previously been removed or banned from the Platforms without written authorization to return.

We do not knowingly allow minors to access the Platforms and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of underage use.

Services and Features

True Match X provides interactive tools that allow members to create profiles, view other member profiles, communicate with other members, and access premium features through credits or subscriptions. Features, pricing, and availability may vary by jurisdiction and are described on the applicable purchase pages. Service availability may be interrupted periodically for maintenance or updates.

Account Registration & Use

To access the Services, you must create a member account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Member Obligations

You agree that you will not: violate any law or regulation; harass, abuse, exploit, or defraud other members; upload or share content involving minors; use the Platforms for commercial purposes; attempt to bypass security measures; upload content you do not have the legal right to use. We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension or termination, without notice or refund.

Account Inactivity

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be automatically deleted, and any unused credits forfeited. This does not apply to accounts with active subscriptions.

Communications

You consent to receive transactional and service-related communications electronically, including account notices, billing confirmations, and security alerts. You may opt out of non-transactional marketing emails at any time. Transactional communications cannot be disabled. We are not responsible for communications sent to you by third parties unaffiliated with True Match X. We do not authorize SMS marketing messages.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Platforms. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe misconduct has occurred. Termination does not entitle you to refunds of unused credits or subscription fees, except where required by law.

Member Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("Your Content"), but by uploading it you grant True Match X a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, display, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Services. You are solely responsible for Your Content and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws. We do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or intentions of other members or their content.

Interactions with Other Members

All interactions with other members are at your own risk. True Match X does not conduct routine criminal background checks, does not guarantee compatibility, identity, or behavior of members, and is not responsible for off-platform interactions. You agree to exercise caution and release True Match X from liability related to member disputes or misconduct.

Prohibited Use / Non-Commercial Use

The Platforms are for personal use only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: prostitution or solicitation; human trafficking or exploitation; fraud, blackmail, or extortion; sexual exploitation of minors; commercial advertising or promotion. Violations may result in permanent account termination and referral to authorities.

Third-Party Sites

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for damages arising from their use.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Platforms are owned or licensed by True Match X. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any portion of the Platforms without written permission.

Copyright & IP Complaints

Geographic Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to the Platforms in any location where legal or regulatory risks arise.
